What's Halal?
Halal is an Arabic word that translates to 'permissible' in English. In the Qur'an (Muslim’s holy book), the term halal is contrasted with the term Haram. When word Halal is used for meat, it means that meat is permissible to be consumed by an observant Muslim. Main veins of an animal or bird are cut by a Muslim while proclaiming the name of God (Allah) and meat is then Halal.
We, at Baba offer Halal meat as well. All meat in our Burgers and Ethnic dishes is hand slaughtered halal.
